To assist the Reservation Manager in managing the Reservations Department and work closely with Marketing and Sales and other relevant Rooms Departments to maximise Room Yield through Inventory Control while delivering exceptional customer service in line with the Hyatt’s Brand Standards.
Qualifications
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Manager in either Reservation or Front Office, or as Team Leader in larger operation.
