Task Description

Manage Leasing daily operation of Contract Activation, standardize and optimize process to streamline daily operations.

Manage system related projects of Leasing Ops, focusing on Contract Activation & Management.

Deliver the highest possible level of service to field staff and dealers, to perform the daily operations within timeline, credit rules , legal and compliance requirements.

1 Contract Activation Daily Operations

  • Lead team to perform daily operations for Contract Activation
  • Special case handling
  • Ensure the team providing excellent services and professional communications to internal & external customers dealers in respect of Sales, and new business
  • People Management
  • Employees recruiting and target setting
  • Development planning and coaching for employees
  • Performance Appraisal and feedback to employees
  • 3. Process Optimization and System Enhancement on Retail Operations

  • Propose and implement process optimization to streamline daily operations.
  • Collect relative legal & compliance requirement or common practice of retail operations business to ensure the retail business models and processes in legal shape and risk under control.
  • System enhancement & related projects management
  • Take lead on system related projects in Leasing Ops, including but not limited to PEGA, CMS
  • Co-work with IT department to implement system enhancement, including gap analysis, request specification, testing and any other necessary works
  • Identify and propose any possible system enhancement to improve the efficency
  • 5 Training & Communication (internally & externally)

  • Write and udpate working manual and working instruction timely
  • Manage internal training to team & external training to other colleagues or dealers
  • Internal and external communication
  • 6 Others

  • Provide solid support on projects
  • Support Vendor Management: selection, contract negotiation, vendor relationship, audit
  • Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor
  • Qualifications

    Qualification:

    Managerial knowledge

  • Positive thinking and enthusiastic
  • Good organization and analytical skills and is a strong communicator
  • Has the ability to hire and develop people
  • Sets high standards and displays strong work ethics
  • Problem sovling and trouble shooting ability
  • Training and Qualification

  • Bachelor degree in Finance, Business Management or any other equivalent
  • Fluent Mandarin, both written and spoken
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken
  • Technical Knowledge

  • Sound knowledge about Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience

  • At least 5 years experience in a financial services company, bank, or other related finance industry
  • 3 years team management or experience on project leading virtual team is preferred
