Support of the development the annual training schedule with the SCM Academy by identifying training needs for new or changed processes. Build reports for projects to provide status overviews for Project Board and Change Manager. Creation and administration of relevant documentation and data-analysis (e.g. Blueprint Document, Training Material) as well as distributing and sharing of this information. Team player who will be responsible for working with company data in various business areas Specific responsibilities include reporting metrics, analyzing methodologies, suggesting operation improvements, and building proposal evaluations in a cross-functional environment.
Job Requirements 5 years of Project management experience in Supply Chain Operation area, especially in plant of multinational Skillfully using analytical problem solving method (Six-Sigma, lean mfg, FMEA and statistical) Lean production and logistics knowledge Bachelor's Degree (or above) logistics, or closely related degree Proficiency with strategic planning in marketing plans/campaigns Proficiency skills in communication Knowledge of automotive industry Proficient English in reading, listening, and writing Open minded and easy going Ability of problem solving and conflict management Proficient in MS OFFICE suite Good capability of planning, data analysis, problem solving Good working attitude, team-work spirit and cooperation, high responsibility, good capability to work under pressure
