Description:

Plan and organize audit projects according to annual audit plan; Perform audit and testing procedures in a professional manner and in accordance with the approved programs; Develop formal audit reports and communicate audit findings with BU/SU; Conduct root cause analysis for the identified audit findings and work closely with management teams in developing action plans; Assist in the development or revision of department policies/practices; Assist in developing the annual audit plan. Requirements At least bachelors degree with the major of finance, accounting, audit or other business related field; At least 5 years of internal audit experience in securities companies, IT audit experience will be preferred; Strong project management skills and good teamwork player; Fluent in both written and spoken English.
