POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for daily operation of large Air Separation Unit(LASU) and ensure plants are running in safe, reliable and productive condition.

This is a rotating shift position responsible for the day to day operation of ON105*2&SVD. Control & regulate the quality and capability of gas products, supervise the plant production, be responsible for the shift field safety, Efficient/reliable Operation for the plant, safety inspection and the general inspection, assist the engineers to finish the maintenance and implement Preventive maintenance work and other assigned works.
本岗位为倒班制,负责2套ON105空分装置和备用系统日常操作,调整控制气体产品质量和产量,确保工厂产品供应,负责工作现场安全,工厂可靠高效运行,执行安全检查及其他日常检查,协助工程师完成维修和预防维护工作,以及其他指定的任务。
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
岗位职责
Work closely with other operators and maintenance engineers to be responsible for daily operation of LASU including process adjustment, pipeline delivery system, product quality control, trailer loading, routine field/equipment inspection etc. Ensure the plant run safely and efficiently.
与其他操作员以及工程师密切合作,负责日常运行,包括工艺控制,管道输送系统,产品质量保证,槽车充装,现场/设备日常检查等。确保工厂安全高效运行;
Record daily/monthly production report and execute daily/monthly routine job.
记录每日/每月产量报表,并完成每日/每月日常任务;
Assist maintenance engineers to implement preventive maintenance.
协助维修工程师进行预防性维修;
Attend safety meeting and execute routine safety audits (including APSAM, SIP, BSP,5M, safety action training and so on) and write safety reports.
参加安全会议,进行安全审核(包括APSAM,BSP,5M,安全行动培训等),以及编写安全报告。
Know clearly relevant process procedures and the operation of all site equipment, and surely can start up or shut down the plant himself. Surely can take ASU plant warm start up and plant defrost by himself.
熟悉相关流程以及现场设备的操作,能自主开停车,能够暖场启动和工厂除霜。
Attend all required training and obtain required certifications and qualifications. Learn and implement relevant procedure/safety standard.
参加所有要求的培训并取得认证和资格证书,学习并实施相关程序/安全标准;
Abide by AP policies and regulations, follow EH&S procedure/ standard
遵守公司政策和规章制度,遵循EH&S规程和标准;
Improve English level gradually, be able to read safety manual and operation manual.
逐步提高英语水平,能阅读安全手册和操作手册;
Any other duties as assigned.
