- 负责公司质量方针、质量目标贯彻落实,确保IATF质量管理体系的有效运行;
- 对客户抱怨/反馈快速反应,问题分析及不合格品控制,提高客户满意度;
- 削减内外部质量成本,过程持续改善;提供供应链质量保证水平,目标达到零缺陷;
- Main Job Responsibilities & Missions 主要岗位职责及任务
- 全面负责公司的质量管理工作,以及协调各部门进行质量改进工作, 对质量KPI相关指标负责;
- 负责部门职责的制定、宣贯和培训,识别部门培训需求并安排实施,提升部门人员技能;
- 协助实施质量管理体系及过程审核,跟踪改进措施,推广使用各类质量改善工具,促进质量控制方面改进;
- 参与一方/二方/三方审核,统筹跟踪不符合项的整改情况;
- 协助建立并实施过程统计分析,持续改进原材料和过程产品质量;过程异常时,有权停止生产发运。
- 重视客户声音,问题快速反应,确保客户满意度;
- 定期确认供应商月度绩效,推动WORST供应商改善;根据年度供方审核计划参与关键供方审核;
- 内外部质量成本统计分析,不良成本削减,持续改善;
- 定期客户拜访,维护客户关系,TCS目标达成;
- 完成N交办的其它工作任务;

- Qualifications 任职资格
- 学历要求:本科及以上学历;
- 专业:理工科背景(能力突出者可放宽该项要求);
- 工作经验:汽车行业工作背景,10年及以上质量工作经验、5年以上质量部门经理经验;
- 技术能力及其他能力要求:熟知IATF质量管理体系要求,熟悉PPAP/APQP/PFMEA/SPC/MSA及质量七大工具,能熟练运用8D/六西格玛/FTA等分析方法;良好的人际沟通及问题解决能力,抗压能力强;英语CET-4及以上
