- Liaise with hotel users to identify, define, and consolidate user requirements.
- Setup and standardized reporting templates.
- Coordinate project activities and information.
- Monitor project progress.
- Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by Senior Manager, Financial Systems and Projects – APAC.
- Possession of a bachelor's degree in finance or a related field such as Accounting.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated familiarity with hotel finance operations and proficiency in hotel finance systems.
- Meticulous and attention to details, organized and focused.
- Good team player with a positive attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with document management systems, for example, DocMX.
