  • Liaise with hotel users to identify, define, and consolidate user requirements.
  • Setup and standardized reporting templates.
  • Coordinate project activities and information.
  • Monitor project progress.
  • Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by Senior Manager, Financial Systems and Projects – APAC.
  • Possession of a bachelor's degree in finance or a related field such as Accounting.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with hotel finance operations and proficiency in hotel finance systems.
  • Meticulous and attention to details, organized and focused.
  • Good team player with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with document management systems, for example, DocMX.
