- Proven experience (at least 7 years) in project/ solutions business
- 3-5 years international experience and the capability to negotiate and to operate in different cultures
- Degree in Business Management/ Engineering
- Advanced experience for O&G required material/ products and services
- Experience in System-Integrator & EPC-business environment
- Successful management of supply chain application within Production-Environment and Project-Business-Environment
- Detail know how of Supplier Management process ( Supplier qualification, evaluation and development, early involvement of procurement
- Analytical, Social and Negotiation skills
- Ability to national and international travels (20% travel time)
- Fluent knowledge of English
- Mother-language Chinese
