    About the Role
    Location China Beijing Shi BEIJING Company Siemens Energy Co., Ltd. Organization Transformation of Industry Business Unit Electrification - Automation - Digitalization Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Mid-level Professional A Snapshot of Your Day You are in charge for developing, implementing and maintaining a best-in-class performance position at driven costs - for Procurement (Tactical- and Operational Procurement) - in order to generate an optimized contribution to business performance as well as ensuring compliance in procurement. How You'll Make an Impact Organizational, procedural and process responsibility for the procurement organization in the region of TI EAD China

    • Implementation of efficient forms of organization and procedures of the region to continuously detect areas for rationalization and increase profitability.
    • Handle resources, develop and ensure proficiencies.
    • Deploy Procurement Strategy in area of responsibility and contribute to Sub-Region/Country strategy development ( early involvement, E-Auction, supplier management, Global Value Sourcing initiatives) What You Bring
    • Proven experience (at least 7 years) in project/ solutions business
    • 3-5 years international experience and the capability to negotiate and to operate in different cultures
    • Degree in Business Management/ Engineering
    • Advanced experience for O&G required material/ products and services
    • Experience in System-Integrator & EPC-business environment
    • Successful management of supply chain application within Production-Environment and Project-Business-Environment
    • Detail know how of Supplier Management process ( Supplier qualification, evaluation and development, early involvement of procurement
    • Analytical, Social and Negotiation skills
    • Ability to national and international travels (20% travel time)
    • Fluent knowledge of English
    • Mother-language Chinese
