    We are seeking an Award Leader for Digital Media for a college in Chengdu. As the Award Leader, you will be responsible for the overall management and coordination of our Data Science program.

    About the school

    This Sino-foreign joint educational college was established in May 2021 with the approval of the Ministry of Education of China.

    Responsibilities

    • Design and develop the digital media program curriculum, ensuring it aligns with industry standards and trends
    • Lead and manage a team of instructors and support staff, providing guidance and mentorship
    • Oversee the delivery of the program, ensuring high-quality instruction and student engagement
    • Collaborate with industry partners to enhance the program and provide students with real-world experiences
    • Monitor student progress and provide feedback and support as needed
    • Stay updated on the latest developments in Data Science and incorporate them into the program
    • Contribute to the marketing and promotion of the program to attract prospective students

    Requirements

    • PHD's degree in digital media or a related field
    • Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in Data Science or a related field in higher education
    • Minimum of 2 years of development and management experience in higher education
    • Strong leadership and team management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Passion for driving student success and promoting career development
