- The ability to provide professional treatments for any guest including but not limited to massage, facial treatments and body treatments.
- Have a thorough understanding of every spa service including benefits, indications & contraindications for each of the treatments, facials, massages.
- The ability to recommend further treatments to your guest to help with their concerns.
- Greet all guests who enter the Spa in a warm and welcoming manner using guest name when known.
- Minimum three year of administrative experience preferably in a hospitality or restaurant related field or other equivalent experience is required.
- Has strong interpersonal skills, is able to prioritize and adapt to the changing needs of the operation.
- Requires basic computer skills for online training.
- Has the ability to anticipate and prioritize the needs of the guest proactively.
- Is energetic and has a professional approach to his/her craft.
