    Location: Suzhou, Jiangsu, China.

    Hours of Work: Full time.

    Job Description:

  • You will work in a modern office environment where you will receive a 2-year training program for their trainees, allowing you to learn everything about Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Data Analysis, and CMF(Color, Material, Finish) Engineering. You will primarily work closely with – and be mentored by – our experienced Engineer and staff on a wide portfolio of projects.     • Key responsibilities:

  • Contribute to or complete assigned projects to meet cost, schedule, performance, and sustainability requirements.
  • Collect, extract, organize, analyze, and evaluate relevant mechanical joining design and manufacturing data to provide support and reference for the team.
  • Assist team members in conducting data analysis for UX tests, design and experiments testing, and record and analyze data for quality, utility, reliability, and accuracy.
  • Research & explore new mechanical joining technologies and tools to share innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Learn and master knowledge and skills in mechanical joining fields to continuously improve your professional level.
  • Promote and demonstrate mindsets of "Learn by doing" & "creative thinking" & "we are creators, not followers" to grow oneself and motivate team members.

  • Marketing and ID team;
  • Operation and Manufacturing team;
  • Project team - Mechanical Engineering, CMF, Quality team, Project manager, Electrical Engineer;
  • Sourcing team.
  • Suppliers.

  • You should be a confident, ambitious individual looking for the opportunity to start your career in recruitment.

    • Essential:

  • A bachelor's degree level is a minimum requirement, and a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Major in mechanical engineering, Material engineering, and Machinery majors or relevant engineering fields; Experience joining technology would be a plus.
  • Strong interest in mechanical design and joining technology.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to establish SMART goals and take proactive steps to achieve them.
  • Capable of applying structural thinking in daily job tasks.
  • Strong analytical, logical, and perseverant problem-solving abilities for engineering issues.
