    As a Team Leader, your mission are

  • Ensure project execution with good result (Time, PK, Budget, Design Review deliverables)
  • Support PC daily operations
  • Develop competence of team members
  • Support CC/Division actions

    • Experience requirements

    More than 3 years experience within a multinational or exporting machinery company in machine design, order handling, project management.
    Knowledge

  • Good knowledge in the battery and PCS are preferred
  • Good knowledge in the engine and alternator are preferred
  • Good knowledge in the generator products is preferred
  • Good knowledge in the energy storage system products is preferred
  • Good knowledge in the light tower products is preferred
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English
  • Know design rule of sheet metal and some electrical parts type selection
  • Good knowledge in 3D software, especially Creo Proe and Windchill knowledge of MS Office. Experience with Lotus Notes, CAD tools and MRP systems is an asset.
  • University degree or above, majored in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
