Job Description作为TI 的工艺技术员实习生,您将在恒温的无尘室中工作,负责晶圆制造工厂的技术测试和实验,为工艺开发工程人员提供技术援助。您将和晶圆制造工厂的工程和制造团队进行沟通和交流,以高效解决产品制造过程中的问题。
岗位职责:
监控生产线状况,维持生产线的正常生产。
对运行中的设备进行设置、监控和审核,并向生产线操作员提供指导。
负责新产品测试,为工艺开发和工程人员提供技术援助。
支持工艺工程师进行技术测试和实验,保证测试过程并帮助工程部门发现产 质量相关问题。
监控、分析相关数据,第一时间处理产品和机台因异常情况。
进行数据收集和分析,审核判定产品和机台是否可以回归生产。
修改、新建特定机台的生产程序。
辅助工艺和测试工程师,对新产品、新机台进行评估、校验和调试。
工作时间:
实习期间:
上五休二,工作时间为8:30~17:30
毕业后:
上班两天,休息两天。日班与夜班30/60天轮换一次。
日班:7:45-20:00,夜班:19:45-次日8:00。

Qualifications
职位要求:
大专学历,2027年毕业的同学;
电子/机械/电气/汽车/材料等理工科专业优先;
适应无尘室工作环境、全身连体无尘服及无尘手套和口罩;
实习期间不倒班、不加班,毕业后能适应倒班工作。
基本的英文能力;
熟练掌握Word、Excel以及PowerPoint等办公软件;
主动性强,积极向上的态度,以结果为导向;具有良好的沟通和表达能力,快速的学习能力和较强的动手能力;具有较强的团队协作能力及意识;
7 月~ 8 月实习, 8 月底进行考核转正,考核通过后即可拿到秋招的正式 offer。
