• Responsible for developing strategy to expand existing planning engagements and minimize underperforming inventories.
• Recruit, train, and develop Regional Planning Team. Proactively work to implement new eCompass planning engagements.
• Conduct Quarterly business reviews with Regional groups.
• Standardize and deploy best practices and more efficient ways of doing business within planning team.
• Management of inventory in remote locations (IPS and Consignments).
• Presentation including creation of presentations to senior management.

• Guides others in resolving complex issues in specialized area based on existing solutions and procedures
• Serves as an expert within own discipline
• Serves as a resource for best practices/quality on functional teams or projects
• Trains/mentors junior staff
• Typically requires a minimum of 10 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 8 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
