    Job Description Summary

    Responsible for the special equipment and accessories maintenance, repair, modification and calibration. Ensure the plant equipment and instrument safe, orderly and effective operation.

    Job Description

    Responsibilities

    1. Strictly implement equipment maintenance safety procedures to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.

    2. Responsible for special equipment, fire-fighting, safety, environmental protection facilities management and maintenance to ensure compliance, including daily inspection, force calibration, energy saving, government system reporting, document filing, safety training & drilling.

    3. Responsible for organizing and implementing the annual calibration plan of the safety accessories, gauges and instruments of special equipment. Arrange reasonably and execute effectively for the production equipment, fire-fighting and environmental protection facilities maintenance according to annual plan.

    4. Spare parts management especially for special equipment, identifying safety stock proposal and cost control, timely receiving, issuing and returning material to ensure consistent material accounts in maintenance warehouse, stocktaking and reporting.

    5. Join HSEQ system internal & external audit and actions follow up, related documents review and management, manual, report and record filing, like special equipment related calibration report, equipment instruction, method statement, PTW, etc.

    6. Plan and continuously optimize maintenance system for special equipment, production equipment and utility.

    Have the authority to make decisions related to special equipment management processses, maintenance activities which clearly consistent with legal and company HSEQ requirements, otherwise should report to manager. For budget allocations should report to manager for approvals.

    Technical Knowledge and Skills

    1. Intermediate working experience for special equipment, electrical, instrument & fixing equipment.

    2. Basic safety knowledge of chemical equipment and pipe.

    3. Basic financial knowledge and cost control awareness.

    Position Requirements

    1. Education: Above the college in Science & Engineering.

    2. Experience: Above 5 years related working experience, prefer to have 2 years special equipment management experience.

    3. IT skills: Proficient in computer skills with MS Office software of Word、Excel、PPT.

    4. Language Skills: Communication English or Chinese, basic Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking in English.

    5. Working arrangements: Normal office working hours.

    6. Traveling required: Very seldom.
