Key Responsibilities主要岗位职责:
1、Lead/support new product transfer project to ensure transfer succession.
领导或支持新产品转移项目以确保转移过程成功进行。
2、Lead/support product/process innovation project to drive capacity and productivity improvement.
领导/支持工厂产品或过程创新项目,以推动工厂生产能力和生产效率提高。
3、Qualification and validation data to meet timelines. Liaising with donating sites/NPD or above site support functions to obtain processing instructions, validation documentation for both product and cleaning validation analysis.

4、Carry out process comparison assessment, including plant suitability, process/procedure review, material standards and registration details, etc.

5、Manage the product transfer or innovation activities to ensure manufacturing and packaging processes are transferred in accordance with cGMP/QMS/CAP/SAP requirements.

6、Preparation of product transfer or innovation project documents such as technology transfer documents, qualification and validation documents, batch records, SOP and so on.

7、Understand and comply with the applicable local regulations of Quality, EHS and others, Haleon standards for QMS, EHSS etc. and company policy. Adherence to standard operating procedures. And participate & support the execution of site Quality plan and EHS management system.

8、Other projects and tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Specialised Knowledge 专业知识:
1、Bachelor or above education in engineering, science or pharmaceutical or related background.
工程、科学、制药或相关专业本科或以上学历。
2、Ideally at least 3 years experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
3年以上医药生产领域工作经验。
3、Good process understanding knowledge and good analytical skills.
良好的过程理解及分析能力。
4、Good knowledge and understanding of GMP requirement.
对GMP要求有深入的了解。
5、Knowledge and understanding of complex manufacturing and packaging processes.

6、Knowledge of standards of hygiene, quality, housekeeping.

7、Good communication and interpersonal skill, good leadership.
