As a EL Sales Supp.Special.-Techn.Sales Supp. for Electrification Business Area in Xiamen, Cina, you will be responsible for providing proactive technical support based on customer requirements or business strategy in order to achieve both market competitiveness and service business development.

Your responsibilities

• Supporting sales team to marketing promotion and solution communication with customer
• Reviewing customer technical request propose ABB solution and configuration
• Clarifying, commenting or deviating customer requirement and supporting sales support to discuss with customer and optimize proposal/configuration
• Calculating costing and figure out pricing during tender stage
• Supporting technical negotiation
• Supporting order releasing, hand over, contract variation process after order received
• Being responsible for business analysis, such as performance, competitor, segment etc.
• Communicating with customer and drive business development through technical support

Your background

• Digital Engineering/Product management/Marketing related in is preferred
• More than 3 years of experience in Electric Power Industry
• Self motivation and good time management, able to manage the tender time table
• Systematic thinking and result driven
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach, team work and strong communication skills
• Familiar with electrical power system and switchgear
• Well know about MS office tools, CAD
• Good oral and written English
