    Job Description

    Responsibilities include:

    • Support the implementation of internal communications plans that meet functional and business objectives and priorities.
    • Manage and develop internal communications platforms.
    • Prepare or edit organizational publications for internal and external audiences, including employee newsletters, Corporate WeChat, Corporate Website, full set of company tools (brochure, video, PPT etc.)
    • Lead the Company Identity management and be the CI champion to provide training, comments, and review.
    • Be the contact person in organizing and managing corporate social responsibility activities, including yearly WOP, local CSR activities etc.
    • Manage inquiries from external parties, e.g. patient and respond based on the approved message timely.
    • Manage archiving of all communications related materials and documents with strict discipline on both time and content.
    • Any other responsibilities as directed by the department head.
    Qualifications

    Qualification/Skills:

    • Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
    • Experience in a communications or events position (or equivalent).
    • Ability to work autonomously, employ initiative to find solutions, prioritize and exercise discretion and respond to changing priorities.
    • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, web tools, SharePoint, and other business software
    • Organized and structured, with strong attention to detail.
    • Maintains high level of confidentiality and discretion due to the nature of work.
    • Thorough knowledge of company policies and practices esp. in pharm.
    • Fluent read, write and oral in English.
    • Ability to design and create exciting, engaging and vibrant communications materials.
