职位描述:

1.调整职责
a. 产品颜色调整方案的下达.粘度,电阻等其他性能的基本调整
b. 湿膜调色产品的测量及调整
c. 有责任对通过不断优化调整方案来降低产品调整时间及减少hits,持续改进产品质量,提高RFT指标
d.不断对产品vector进行修正和整理,提高产品调整精度
e.对batch-tracker的实时关注,包括车间调整和喷涂环节的异常关注,及时与工程师进行沟通, 降低等待时间
f.有责任判断产品是否合格,并及时在Batch Tracker上进行状态更新。
g.对颜色组的所有记录进行准确填写,确保无误
h.对产品的P0颜色异常有效识别并记录上报

2. 颜色测量职责
a.批次产品的颜色测量,符合SOP要求,
b.对过程样板的外观,膜厚等其他异常情况的分析判断
c.掌握BYK, Comet, AxCS-6G,Smartchart 等调色软件的使用,包括对仪器的维护保养
d. 对合格样板及COA色差报告的准备,确保出具的报告符合要求 准确无误
e.湿膜调色成品的测量,包括对湿膜仪的维护,等基本操作

3.日常基本操作职责
a. 实验室卫生,区域5S整理等日常工作
b. 对外有效的沟通,保证产品在每个步骤下顺利进行

4.安全职责
a.执行安全生产的法规和规章制度,
b.认真学习化验安全操作规程和有关的安全技术规程,了解设备性能及操作中可能发生事故的原因,掌握预防和处理事故的方法。
c.对设备,仪器,样品的安全管理。
d.认真学习和遵守各项安全生产规章制度,服从公司领导正确的工作安排
