- Develop strategy for contraception promotion, incl. insight generation, buying process, leverage point, physician and patient segmentation, differentiation messages.
- Design and improve projects at hospitals, incl. physician education and patient engagement.
- Work closely with CWDF, KOLs and sales team to implement programs, aiming to continuously reduce abortion rate and improve utilization rate of LARC and COC.
- Work closely with Mirena and YAZ brand teams, to make sure product messages in hospitals are aligned with GYN areas.
- Evaluate business opportunities outside of existing PAC hospitals and drive for expansion where and when needed.
- Engage KOLs and government in shaping contraceptive market in the hospital channel.
- Collaborate with OTC team to drive patient awareness improvement on contraception and hormone contraceptives.
- University degree and above
- Sales experience
- Experience in planning and market research techniques.
- Over three-year central marketing working experience
- Product and market knowledge
- Communication skills
