工作描述
该职位来源于猎聘 机械工程师负责车载仪表机械结构与零部件设计开发,包含内部结构布局、外观件、连接件及支撑件设计,确保满足装配、强度、热管理及制造要求。
主导CATIA环境下的2D/3D图纸绘制与设计输出(含建模、装配图、工程图、BOM定义),确保设计数据完整性、准确性与可追溯性,负责PLM系统中产品数据的管理。
参与产品结构验证与样件调试,完成装配性确认、机械公差分析、结构优化及问题整改工作,确保仪表部件在整车环境下的可靠性与适配性。
编写并维护设计及验证文档,包括设计说明书、DFMEA、DR文档、测试验证记录、设计更改与相关资料维护。
跨团队协作(电子、电气、软件、工艺、生产及客户团队),确保产品外形、接口及安装需求落地,支撑项目按计划推进。
与供应商开展 DFM/工艺可制造性评审与设计优化合作,参与模具评审、材料选择、制造评估及成本控制,保证产品结构可靠性及批量制造质量。
负责产品性能/结构数据分析与持续优化:结合测试结果与现场反馈,对结构设计、材料、安装方案等持续迭代,提升产品可靠性和机械性能稳定性。
机械设计、车辆工程、材料成型、工业设计或相关专业本科及以上学历。
熟悉机械结构设计、尺寸链分析、装配设计、材料与加工工艺,具有车载产品或精密结构设计经验者优先。
具备车载仪表或汽车内饰结构开发经验者优先,熟悉塑胶件、钣金件, 压铸件设计,熟悉相应工艺,具备散热与耐久性设经验计更佳。
能够独立进行3D建模与工程图绘制(如CATIA、Creo),并保证数据准确性与完整性;熟练应用GD&T。
具备与供应商开展DFM/可制造性评审能力及量产优化经验,可解决结构与制造技术难题。
具备系统验证、样件调试和装配问题分析能力,能够推动结构优化与量产解决方案落地。
具备良好的团队协作能力与跨部门沟通能力,可与电子、软件、工艺、装配及客户团队顺畅协作
