About The Role
Major Accountabilities
~ 商業目標を達成するために、指定されたアカウントでの販売、プロモーション、開発を推進する責任
~ 顧客開発戦略、割り当てられたアカウント専用のKAMアクションプランを開発し、アカウントの目標に沿って調整し、実行します。
~ 戦略と個々の戦術計画の準備をリードし、分析、将来の可能性とアカウントに必要な主要なプログラムの面で戦略的なインプットを与えるために
~ 契約の準備と交渉、および特定のアカウントを対象とする会社が立ち上げるイニシアチブの指針
~ 主要なアカウントや主要な競合他社の競合インテリジェンス活動を含む市場状況を分析する
~ 合意されたビジネス戦術計画に沿って、顧客イベントやその他のプログラムを独立して、またはマーケティング/医療部門と整理する
~ セグメント化やプロファイリングなど、関係者のマッピングに貢献し、ノバルティスCRMシステムの正確かつタイムリーなデータを提供します。
~ 販売業務計画の推進と、組織の一部に対する合意された販売目標とより広範な業績目標の達成を担当します。
~ 主要な商業プログラムのトレーニングとコーチングまたは管理を通じて効果的な営業チームを育成する
~ 受領後24時間以内にノバルティス製品に関連する技術的苦情/有害事象/特殊事例の報告
~ マーケティングサンプルの配布(該当する場合)
