工作内容:

确保符合工厂SHE&安保、制造、质量和安全要求。IATF 16949体系要求和当地法律法规要求

提升安全与质量意识、安全与质量行为

给予生产部提供工艺相关的支持

通过发起MOC(变更管理)和IP(改善工厂)项目,为工厂绩效的改善做出贡献。

参与调查相关的客户投诉,确保及时采取有效的预防措施。

工艺卡的维护和更新

工艺参数改进

支持R&D,新产品研发专业和GTPM,确保新产品,实验样品和放大样品及时交付

参与试验/放大

样品和实验品管理

返工料管理

根据业务战略/要求,及时有效地启动和关闭APQP项目(产品维护和过程开发)

在场地建立工艺能力/技能,确保生产顺利进行,并满足全球产品规格要求。

TSLC角色(具体参照TSLC role mapping)

直线经理安排的其他任务

Requirements

化工化学/高分子材料/材料相关专业本科毕业

3年或以上化工行业工艺工程师经验,熟悉高分子材料行业

英语书面可以作为工作语言
