- 1、保障日常操作运营 - 主导货物交付跨境干线供应商,衔接内外部上下游环节,监控货态,更新节点,确保时效;
- 2、供应商管理 - 负责新供应商的引入与上线,确立供应商SOP,确保有效执行,保障符合业务要求;定期监控现有供应商物流表现,统筹供应商库,进行阶段性回顾以及供应商留存、优化与迭代;
