Job Description
岗位职责:
1. 专精SMT全制程工艺特点,对焊接整体质量(锡珠,空洞,气泡等)进行优化,包含钢网&印刷优化,炉温&曲线优化,通过丰富的经验和设计验证实验根据本公司产品类型为下属各工厂建立SMT关键工艺标准参数,并持续优化。
2. 项目F&T报价:配合AME持续优化公司下属不同工厂的报价模型(PCBA工艺段)。负责评估新产品/项目前期报价中PCBA工艺段的F&T和标准工时预估,并配合Costing团队及技术销售团队进行项目报价阶段的报价优化。(报价及时性投诉,准确性,报价模型版本更新有效性)
3. DFM标准建立及维护:为保证各项目的制造设计保持在稳定且高质量的水平,协同结构&设备AME一同建立符合本公司设计能力、制造能力且满足本公司客户群需求的DFM库。并负责与AME保持沟通,根据工厂量产经验lesson learned,不同客户工艺制造需求和研发的成本优化需求,不断完善安悦先锋的设计制造标准并固化其经验于DFM库。(DFM库条款有效性)
4. DFM评审:主导新项目/新产品前期开发阶段的DFM评审,与设计研发团队和工厂工艺制造团队对新项目/新产品制造工艺(PCBA工艺段)进行评审,确保新项目/新产品在开发阶段能符合工厂工艺及制造能力且满足量产质量。
5. 新项目/新产品开发-技术交流:在项目报价、定点及开发阶段配合技术销售团队、设计开发团队与客户进行定期技术交流,解读客户文件,解答客户方面对于工厂PCBA设备、工艺、制造能力方面的问题。(客户QTR出勤数,客户投诉数)。
6. 新项目/新产品开发-项目试产:负责项目试产阶段的制造工艺文件准备(PFMEA、control plan、processflow等)。负责转化试产各阶段的工程bom到制造bom,并传递到工厂录入系统。配合工厂进行PCBA工艺段试产工装的准备。收集整理、跟踪并持续优化试产问题点。
7. 新项目/新产品开发-项目投产:配合工厂工艺制造团队、质量团队共同完成项目投产相关PPAP文件并及时提交客户,确保项目如期投产。支持并协助解决项目在工厂产能爬坡阶段的工艺技术问题。
8. 新工艺开发及对标:为满足制造工艺高质量低成本的需求,对标行业先进/低成本PCBA工艺&设备方案,不断寻找新的有效的工艺方案,主导验证,并协同设计研发团队、项目团队和工厂工艺制造团队引进到新项目。
9. 建立/优化接口流程:为保证与设计团队和工厂工艺制造团队的有效合作,制定 /维护/实施制造工艺设计(PCBA工艺段)的工作流程。并配合质量策划团队完善公司相关体系文件
任职要求:
1. 大专及以上学历,10年以上SMT行业一线工作经验。
2. 精通SMT工艺技术,精通SMT各主流品牌设备(镭雕机,印刷机,SPI,回流焊炉,AOI)的使用、编程及优化并熟练掌握其工作原理、失效模式、能力优缺点;精通钢网技术及优化方式,精通炉温调节,熟悉各类SMT失效模式及改善方式。
3. 具备丰富的SMT生产实战经验,熟悉各类电子元器件,精通SMT各类失效模式并能快速给出有效的解决方案。
4. 熟悉制造可行性评估,具备不少于5年的DFM经验
5. 熟悉除SMT以外各类PCBA主要工艺技术及相关设备,包含但不限于:选择性波峰焊,分板,X-ray,点胶,烘烤等。
6. 积极接受和学习行业新工艺,新设备,持续对工艺质量及成本效率进行优化
7. 有独立编写制造工艺相关体系文件的经验,能够独立攥写生产相关的流程文件和作业指导书。
8. 熟练汽车零部件开发流程,熟练掌握FMEA,PF,CP,WI等文件
9. 可使用英语与客户进行工艺技术方面的简单讨论交流(书面沟通是必须的)
10. 良好的抗压能力,沟通能力,强烈的团队合作意识;
