    Job Description

    Key tasks & responsibilities:

    Technical Strategy Leader for customer account

    Technical System Solution Consultancy (external / internal):

    • Get and influence OEM requirements to ensure the right product is offered at the right time
    • Act as the OEM voice towards the Solution Fields to influence product strategy
    • Contribute actively to the CCE community to support ETAS product strategy and develop new business opportunities
    • Monitor customer account performance relative to competitors' products, planned applications, and emerging technologies
    • Provide market insight to customers based on trustful relations
    • Identify customer profiles to guide internal processes
    • Offer technical consultancy to acquisition and project managers
    • Define acquisition strategy with Sales Managers to win projects within target customer accounts
    • Manage strategic customer commercial targets

    Innovation:

    • Drive innovation at OEM as a single point of contact
    • Understand the target customer account's strategy and investment plan
    • Promote Bosch innovations and align road map with customers
    • Lead advanced studies and identify new business opportunities

    Technical customer interface & Project Management:

    • Sponsor customer projects and manage project teams effectively
    • Facilitate know-how transfer internally and externally
    • Lead the technical customer interface as the main point of contact

    Qualifications

    • Technical background and cross-functional customer team knowledge
    • Minimum 5 years management experience in engineering, product, or project management
    • At least 3 years of experience in automotive software development with familiarity in V model, Agile, and DevOps
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in mainstream automotive software development tools

    • Extensive technical knowledge across ETAS product portfolio and SFs
    • Ability to evaluate technical solutions at vehicle level
    • Deep understanding of OE expectations and pain points
    • Knowledge of customer processes and project management

    • Ability to convince about scope and future impact

    • Define financial prerequisites for solutions
    • Propose new ideas and holistic solutions
    • Develop a technical customer strategy
