    Position Summary

  • Develop Tirzepatide CWM launch strategy, branding, and lifecycle management with cross-functional team.
  • Lead Tirzepatide CWM launch readiness preparation, and ensure top notch planning & implementation.
  • Explore new channels, new ways of thinking, new methodologies of patient engagement/activation.
  • Deliver best launch in pharma industry in China.
  • Build leadership in CWM market, and synergize with Tirzepatide T2DM and other products in Diabetes portfolio.
  • Major Roles and Responsibilities

  • Launch Readiness and Strategic Planning
  • Define brand positioning, target patient, target physician, and prioritized markets for CWM with deeper customer insights.
  • Develop CWM brand strategy and launch plan. Collaborate with cross-function teams (global team, medical, PRA, supply chain, etc.) to achieve solid launch readiness planning and outstanding execution.
  • Make strategic decisions on brand investment through multi-channel engagement to deliver exceptional customer experience
  • Identify and deliver critical measures for pre-launch and post-launch effectiveness.
  • Channel exploration Identify new channels of commercializing Tirzepatide CWMInnovate in finding new ways of engaging with customers
  • Team Management
  • Establish CWM brand teams and lead brand team with effective communication and operational efficiency.
  • Drive strong cross-functional partnership to achieve brand objective
  • Thought Leader and advocacy groups management
  • Gain TL endorsement on CWM efficacy, safety, and patient benefits.
  • Explore advocacy groups engagement opportunities.
  • Develop policy/Environmental Shaping strategy along with cross-functional team.
  • Provide engagement solutions to thought leaders in pre-launch and post-launch stage by leveraging a synergy with existing Lilly brands.
  • Solution Management
  • Lead the teams to deliver positive customer experiences through solution design and execution.
  • Manage the process of solution creation in collaboration with launch team members.
  • Leadership and Communication
  • Navigate through challenges in cross-functional collaboration and lead through resilience.
  • Communicate proactively and effectively across affiliate and global teams.
  • Requirements

  • At least 10 years of marketing experience in multinationals with over 3 years of experience of people management.
  • New product launch experience in China is a must, and in chronic disease TA is preferred.
  • FMCG or consulting industry experience is preferred.
