Job summary
Accurately and timely review contracts and orders, organize and complete contract reviews, and carry out relevant work during the contract execution process such as shipment invoicing, contract archiving, and payment collection.
Complete department related KPI indicators, including shipment, collection, and finished product inventory management.
Coordinate work related to customer FAT and host the kickoff meeting for ultra-high voltage projects, major projects, and Australian projects.
Complete other tasks assigned by the department manager and ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Proficient in using office software, proficient as a user of ERP systems and MS Office applications.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Major in mechanical design, manufacturing, and automation is preferred
- At least 2 to 3 years of work experience in high-voltage electrical design or with certain electrical knowledge is preferred
- Familiar with the principles and manufacturing knowledge of high-voltage transformers and isolating switches
- Understand relevant technical and manufacturing standards, design processes, manufacturing techniques, equipment and facility conditions, supplier review procedures, and possess certain professional knowledge
- Proficient in using office software, proficient as a user of ERP systems and MS Office applications
