Summary

We are actively seeking an exceptional candidate to fill the open-rank Director role, specializing in hepatology and hepatobiliary diseases.

The successful candidate will lead team to run projects focusing on hepatic and hepatobiliary diseases, including but not limited to cirrhosis, fibrosis, alcoholic/non-alcoholic liver disease, metabolic and genetic liver disorders, gallbladder disorders, and biliary tree diseases.

This position presents an exciting opportunity to collaborate with colleagues across WuXi AppTec and global clients, driving forward new business opportunities and making drug discovery against liver disease more effective and efficient.

Responsibilities:

Project Management:

The duties encompass overseeing every aspect of a preclinical pharmacology project, including the design and execution of studies, data interpretation and high-quality reports adhering to regulatory requirements and uphold stringent quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Capability Building:
Drive the expansion and enhancement of our liver disease pharmacology platform.

Stay informed and direct innovative research and development initiatives, ensuring the pioneering position of our liver disease platform and thus offering our clients the most advanced, comprehensive, and effective solutions in the field.

Business Winning:

Recognize and cultivate new business opportunities in the field of liver disease research in close collaboration with our BD team.

Foster and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded, thereby driving business growth and client retention.

Strategic Leadership:
Lead and inspire a team of scientists and technicians. Provide guidance and training to team members, enhancing their skills and knowledge to ensure top performance and continuous growth.

任职资格:

Qualifications:
1.. or . in biology, hepatology, pharmacology, or other relevant fields (. preferred)
2.Deep understanding in hepatology and hepatobiliary disease biology, assays, and animal models with track record (industry experience preferred)
3.Proficiency in English writing and speaking
4.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
