工作描述
工作职责1、 负责直播运营及策划:包含直播间日常及专项策划及直播运营与落地执行;
2、 负责主播管理与培训:招募、筛选和培训主播,提升主播的专业素养和直播技巧,为主播提供直播内容跟、话术和风格方面的指导等;
3、 负责直播投流管理:进行投流资源规划与分配,提供可行性的投流策略(尤其体现线索收集能力)等;
4、 负责直播SOP体系搭建:建立直播运营相关体系标准及执行规范等;
5、 负责新媒体方案撰写、规划及落地统筹。
任职要求
汽车行业相关工作经验3年及以上
