We offered professional accounting knowledge especially in tax. Experience in project management internal/external communication skill.Responsibilities: Tax Compliance & Reporting Ensure accurate and timely preparation review and submission of tax returns and related filings Prepare supporting workpapers reconciliations and calculations to back up tax positions Support global reporting requirements within the region e.g CbCR Pillar II.Operational Excellence Support implement standardized tax processes controls to ensure consistency accuracy efficiency Collaborate with finance other teams to improve processes risk management internal control environment Maintain enhance technology solutions streamline optimize tax compliance reporting.Risk Management Governance Identify assess mitigate tax risks Support internal external audit processes ensure control compliance where applicable.Strategic Initiatives Business Support Monitor evaluate business impacts effectuate where applicable Provide advisory technical guidance business teams support cross-border operational planning.Team Development Support culture continuous improvement accountability innovation team Requirements Solid background Chinese national income law area Quick learn ability LnS process Good communication skill up downstream team Experience process management Proper English spoken written level Strong sense of responsibility ownership Result quality oriented high sense urgency CPA or Certified Tax Agent as plus
