    YOUR TASKS

  • 1 Evaluation and preparation of parameters related to humanresources, processing of ad-hoc inquiries by the specialist departments andkeeping statistics and being involved in the implementation of the company'spersonnel-political strategies and concepts
  • 2 Involvement in human resources projects, implementationof the Hella instruments and tools for human resources as well as involvementin projects inside and outside the corporate division as well as in externalprojects if appropriate
  • 3 Advise superiors and employees in all HR issues includingremuneration, if required in cooperation with the relevant units and experts
  • 4 Learning and development related projects, lead thetraining budget and training plan implementate
  • 4 Draw up personnel documents (references/reports, interimreports, certificates, transfer notifications etc.) and draw up and handleappropriate correspondence with internal and external units
  • 5 Update employment remuneration data in the system;specify data for the payroll accounting
  • 6 Coordinate and clarify individual matters of thepersonnel with the works council
  • 7 Implement personnel measures in coordination with theresponsible manager as well as with the superior in critical cases
  • YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1 University degree related Human Resource/English major
  • 2 Fluent English, both oral and written. Capable tocommunicate in English with globule colleagues in daily work.
  • 3 Good data analysis skills and sensitive on data accuracy
  • 4 Good HR sense, like logical thinking, communication,confidential;
  • 5 Willing to learn new things
