•有2年或以上的制造业行业的EHS领域工作经验,具备电气安全的专业知识优先;
•熟悉EHS相关的法律法规,具有相关管理体系的知识,如ISO 14001、ISO 50001、ISO 45001等。
•掌握风险管理和事故分析的方法及具体应用,如根本原因分析、故障/风险树分析、简单系统故障、复杂系统故障;
•具有领导力,如有项目管理经验,或领导虚拟团队的经验优先
•一定的英语口语沟通能力,可以和全球同事进行基本交流
•有中级注册安全工程师证书优先胜任力:
