    Key Responsibility


    • To lead a team of AS-MS, responsible for team expansion, training, and its daily operation. To enforce and meet EH&S and other operational requirement.
    • To optimize the current assay platform and develop new capabilities to meet market demands.
    • To maintain and expand customer base globally. Promote platform service through collaboration with business development and marketing teams.
    • To work as a team with colleagues across various functions (at department, division, and company levels) in client service as well as capability buildup.
    • Effectively communicate and interface with worldwide business partners, develop and maintain excellent business relationship with internal and external clients.
    • Provide scientific support to BDs and clients and deal with inquiries on WuXi Biology AS-MS capabilities, working closely with the global team.

    任职资格:


    Qualifications


    • PhD in Bioanalytical Chemistry or MS related profession, with more than 3 years of relevant industrial experience.
    • Experienced with AS-MS study
    • Demonstrated communication skills in both English and Chinese
    • Capable of working with a large customer base and a dynamic supporting team to deliver strong business growth

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Overseas education and working experience
    • Experience in big CRO companies is a plus
