The Facilities Officer is responsible for managing onsite security guard services, cleaning management, office equipment & environment management, customer service / client relationships, vendor management and payment/ billing management.
Responsibilities
- To manage onsite security guard service including security guard performance within work scope training tracking records review emergency Response regular inspection.
- Cooperate with vendor to deliver high quality cleaning service 100% Following client cleaning SOP Training plan execution and records restore Site regular inspection define improvement plan GMP related compliance adherence Vendor KPI management improvement.
