- Teach the school's English curriculum to Private School students
- Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
- Co-teach with Chinese teachers and be prepared to develop and improve school-based curriculum
- Assess and monitor students' progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
- Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers
- Bachelor Degree or above
- More than 2 years related working experience
- Hold TEFL \ TESOL certificate
- Passionate and Energetic in teaching
- Excellent English communication skills
- Monthly Salary of 22,000 to 30,000 RMB before tax
- Housing allowance of 2,000 RMB
- 10,000RMB air ticket reimbursement after one academic year
- 2,000 RMB relocation bonus outside of Changsha upon arrival
