Introduction We are looking for a HR intern to assisting in provide professional suggestions for the whole You will get to learn more about data analysis, communications, operation, procurement, etc. We are an energetic and diverse team. You will definitely enjoy the team atmosphere In this Role, youll get to

Assisting in managing internal and external assessment products for contacting assessment vendors;

Assisting in operating overseas recruitment systems and communicating with overseas HRs;

Independently analyzing data relevant to recruitment assessments and processes;

Assisting in completing other recruitment project management tasks.

What you'll Need to Succeed

Are currently pursuing a bachelors or masters degree, expected graduate after 2025, with an interest in the human resources industry. Majors in human resources, psychology, or data analysis are preferred;

Have experience in data analysis, proficient in various basic Excel functions and data pivot functions. Knowledge of simple SQL or R will be a plus;

Can use English as working language. Those with overseas study or work experience are preferred;

Can work on-site(Shanghai, HQ) at least four days per week for at least three months.
