- Supports in the annual review and renewal of all benefits programs
- Assists with the annual benefits enrollment process, including developing communication materials. Also assists in administration and communication of certain 401k plans
- Supports the administration, processing and maintenance of leave of absences based on regulatory requirements
- Works effectively with other compensation team members, Talent Acquisition and Human Resource Business Partner professionals on projects as assigned
- Learns and understands of the human resource information systems supporting Total Rewards
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. May consider equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
- <2 years Human Resources experience
- Experience in all Human Resource areas (i.e. employment laws, compensation, benefits, workers compensation, training, employee relations, etc.)
