The Role

This position will be assisting in maximizing rental and occupancy of the properties.

Job Responsibilities

• Formulating and implementing strategies to maximise rental and occupancy of the properties within the Company's portfolio
• Securing new tenancies and liaising with central kitchen/cold chain clients and catering industry association
• Identifying market segments and prospects
• Delivering regular observation report for central kitchen industry
• Involving in lease management
• Other job responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Estate Management/Building/Business Administration (Marketing) or its equivalent
• At least 8 years' relevant experience in marketing & leasing and have rich knowledge of catering market/central kitchen, and also cold chain sector
• Having a sound understanding of the central kitchen/cold chain logistics industry and an extensive network of contacts
• Excellent interpersonal skills
