关于产品

新推出的Zoom Workplace,有了Zoom AI Companion的人工智能能力加持,能够为企业用户提供简化的协作体验,提升工作效率。随着AI能力的不断进化,我不断将Zoom AI Companion的能力延伸到我们不同产品当中,这将重新构想出一个全新的人工智能协作平台。

岗位职责

1. 参与需求分析,通过用户行为研究和数据分析挖掘用户需求,与产品团队以及研发部门共同商讨解决方案并独立完成产品交互及UI设计,帮助用户真正解决痛点,提升产品体验;挖掘AIGC的能力,为Zoom平台推动AI设计创新;

2. 与研发部门紧密合作,推进并把控设计实现和落地品质;

3. 主动追踪产品落地反馈,持续优化产品;

4. 主导制定产品设计规范,并持续优化;

5. 在设计部门内部和不同设计师紧密合作,如设计系统、文案设计、用研设计,产出统一有效的结果。

任职要求

具备熟练的英语理解能力和口语能力; 5年以上的User-Centered设计经验; 对人工智能充满热情和工作知识,能够将人工智能技术融入设计中,保持对人工智能技术和趋势的热情,拥有成长心态并能够学习他人的长处; Zoom保持着的产品开发快节奏,您需要通过设计快速交流想法,并与利益相关者和跨团队合作,构建在平台中直观工作的产品; 主导复杂项目的设计,熟练掌握用户行为分析方法和设计工具,熟悉PC/Web/移动端设计规范并灵活运用,有丰富的项目研究和实践经验; 逻辑思维严谨、清晰,理解能力强,善于沟通表达,有设计驱动意识,主动完善产品体验; 强大的执行能力,同时平衡用户需要和业务目标,从0到1完善产品形态; 熟悉团队协作工作流程及时间安排,有过跨国公司工作经验更佳; 相关学科的学士学位或更高学位
