    Description

    OBJECTIVE

    The role is to lead the efforts to upgrade the customer relationship management foundation, drive the analytics-driven business transformation, and accelerate the business reporting standardization and automation. Meanwhile he/she is to help build business analysis capability and omnichannel innovation capacity.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop logics and foundation fit with business transforming needs to upgrade CRM systems
  • Lead the team to integrate sound business processes into CRM to drive effective customer interactions and help track the right business behaviours
  • Design the reporting frameworks and mechanisms to address business needs, help pre-empt business roadblocks and identify business risks / opportunities
  • Build analytics-driven omnichannel platform to enable innovative customer engagement and business content promotion
  • Develop a system and culture for continuous improvement of business data foundation and analytics generation
  • Identify and drive the business-centric behaviour and operating model to continuously drive business upgrade
  • Cultivate team capacity and capabilities with the right balance of technical skills and problem solving mindset
  • Requirements

  • A strategic mindset with ability to take business priorities and drive breakthrough solutions with a right balance between details and high-level frameworks
  • Professional background in business analytics and statistics with a good level of industry and business knowledge
  • Able to learn and comprehend complex business situations to develop initiatives / projects with business impact
  • Able to clearly communicate and foster alignment across all levels of the organization
  • Able to influence stakeholders in a matrix organization with a defined business purpose
  • Strong track record of building a cohesive and high-performing team
  • Capable of managing external vendors to foster beneficial relationships
  • Qualifications & Skills:

    Level of Education

    Statistics / Marketing / medical / digital background preferred

    Master degree is required, and MBA / PhD is preferred

    Working Experience in Relevant Field

    10+ years experiences in Business Insights, CRM and analytics-driven functions

    Consulting background highly preferred

    Professional Knowledge and Skills

    Relevant certificates in business statistics is a plus

    Fluent in English
