- Create, track, and manage the result of leads and evaluate the performance and quality of related marketing events & promotional channels. Collaborate closely with sales team to establish effective SQL operation rules to improve leads conversion.
- Continuously optimize the leads management process, always searching for new ways to improve work efficiency and quality.
- Utilize analysis of leads management metrics, such as leads quality, conversion rates, MQL revenue, ROI, etc., to identify trends and insights, and make data-informed results to enhance the optimization of marketing efforts and contribute to business growth.
- Be responsible for effectively managing, operating, and maintaining various digital platforms,including Salesforce, PowerBI and other Marketing Automation systems to drive marketing campaigns, generate demand and increase efficiency.
- Proficiently craft diverse marketing data analysis reports to present analytical findings of each marketing campaigns with ROI.
- Conduct regular market research to understand cobot trends, cobot players, and customer insights, providing comprehensive market intelligence analysis reports as a reference for company.
- Manage the tele-marketing team to generate high-quality leads. Share effective tele-marketing scripts and enhance the team's communication skills to elevate their performance.
- Bachelor's degree or above with a major in Marketing, Statistics, Data Analysis, or related filed preferred.
- More than 5 years' working experience with demand/leads generation, management, and data analysis.
- Proficient in data tools and software such as Salesforce, PowerBI, CDP, Python, etc.
- Proficient in PPT and Excel for making data analysis report.
- Good project management and organizing ability with a keen attention to detail.
- Good command of English in both verbal and written.

II. Qualifications任职资格
本科学历及以上,市场营销、统计学、数据分析或相关专业优先。
至少5年以上创建及管理商机和数据分析工作经验。
熟练使用数据工具和软件,如Salesforce, PowerBI, CDP, Python等。
熟练运用PPT和Excel制作数据分析报告。
有较好的项目管理能力和组织能力,既有执行的技巧又能关注细节。
优秀的口语和书面英语表达能力。
