- Guide, supervise and check the daily production arrangement and management of workshop, and organize the statistics and analysis of various production data
- Responsible for the command and control of workshop production process to ensure the continuity and balance of production operations;
- Supervise and inspect the implementation of the quality assurance system in the production process of the workshop, analyze the causes of non-conforming products, review and improve the quality problems, and improve the qualified rate of products;
- Responsible for the workshop production cost control and management, under the condition of stable quality, constantly reduce the production cost;
- Cooperate with relevant departments to verify and organize the application of new technology, new process and new equipment to improve labor productivity;
- Responsible for organizing the implementation and supervision of 5S management and on-site management activities in the production workshop, and implementing safe production;
- Responsible for the production staff within the scope of responsibilities, such as probation, regular, transfer, promotion, overtime approval, leave, resignation, dismissal and other personnel management
- Responsible for organizing the management and maintenance of production equipment and production tools in the workshop;
- Presided over the production workshop morning meeting, and supervised the holding of each team meeting;
- Assign, train, guide, supervise, inspect and evaluate the work of subordinates in the workshop;
- Responsible for handling abnormal situations in the workshop and coordinate with other departments to ensure the normal operation of the workshop;
- As the first responsible person of the department, be fully responsible for the HSE management of the department, and implement the HSE responsibilities of the department step by step.
- Familiar with MS software, Excel expert, preferably MS Access
- Familiar with wire and cable industry, preferably optical cable
- Bachelor degree or above
- Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing,
- Strong driving and problem solving skills
- Strong data analysis and planning ability, able to work under high pressure
- Strong learning and communication skills, customer-oriented, good organization and coordination skills and system thinking skills
- Good work ethic;
- Proficient in Excel, word and SAP system
