Job Summary
In this role your responsibilities will include process trade and intercompany vendor invoices in ERP system performing data validation on purchase orders and invoices following standard operating procedures internal controls research investigate gather information clear disputed invoices collaborate closely with site finance procurement teams proactively resolve invoice disputes ensuring timely resolution assist with month end closing activities perform account reconciliations AP reports including GR reports unvouchered reports AP aging reports support internal external audit requirements participate in process improvement projects contribute to process optimization other ad hoc reports accounting related activities where appropriate
