    1. Be fully responsible for payroll / benefits services within responsible areas on timely and accurate basis, including payroll, close-out, allowance, 13th monthly salary, bonus, reward payment, individual income tax, etc.
    Maintain and verify payroll data maintenance in systems against valid supporting documents
    Complete in-cycle and off-cycle payroll Independently (simulation, running, checking, posting, approving and e-banking)
    Prepare and support individual income tax deduction, reporting and claims
    Prepare payroll related communication letters ( monthly payslips, etc.)
    2. Generate and document payroll-related statements and reports
    3. Provide support on individual specific questions regarding payroll routed from Front Office and payroll-related certificates
    4. Provide data support and consultancy to related stakeholders ( HR business partner, management) on payroll issues
    5. Support on internal and external audits proactively
    6. Drive process and system continuous improvement based on daily evaluation
    7. Manage and evaluate cooperated vendors in responsible areas

    职位要求

    2 years' working experience in payroll;
    - Excellent at excel function usages in payroll;
    - Excellent communication skills in Chinese, written and oral, English is plus;
    - Good learning ability and could work under pressure;
    - Logical and systematical problem solving, stable and dedicated to payroll area;
    - SAP HR user's experience will be a plus;
