My teaching journey has taken me to diverse locations, including Tianjin Foreign Studies University in China, Kazakh Law and Humanities University in Astana, Kazakhstan, and Marbella International University Centre in Spain, where I served as Vice-Dean of Student Affairs and Head of the Student Life and Language Departments. My role extended to participating in Disciplinary and Master’s Thesis Committees, as well as developing and delivering curricula.

Throughout my career, I have been committed to fostering effective communication and intercultural understanding. My language proficiency spans English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Romanian, Mandarin Chinese (HSK 3 level), and Russian (A2 level). As a pupil of the esteemed Canadian linguist Dr. Mary Winspear, I have honed my linguistic skills to a high level.

In addition to my academic achievements, I have successfully founded and currently serve as the Director of Transwords, an international editing and translation agency. This experience, coupled with my 'Open-door' management style developed during my tenure at the department head and vice-dean levels at a European university, has equipped me with a unique perspective on language education and administration.

I am proud to have served as the Chief Translator and Interpreter for the Voice of America's Munich, Germany office, receiving awards for translation excellence, including recognition for the best textbook translation (German-English-French-Spanish). My dedication to linguistic and cultural exchange is further evidenced by my contributions, such as creating and implementing a multi-level French-language ‘Club philosophique’ at the Marbella International University Centre.

Having recently served as a lecturer at Tianjin Foreign Studies University in China, I am familiar with the nuances of the Chinese education system and am excited about the prospect of continuing my contribution to the country's academic landscape.

In my most recent position at Tianjin Foreign Studies University in Tianjin, China from February 2020 to the present, I served as a lecturer with a focus on Oral English and Business Communication.  Additionally, I played an active role in academia by serving on the thesis committee, providing guidance, and participating as a jury member for various English language competitions.
